Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice with many qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. The class structure begins with a warm-up, progresses through a working phases with heat building intermediate to advanced pose sequences followed by balance and stretching. Each class will end with a brief guided meditation time to surround the physical practice. Many level options will be offered throughout class so that any participant can enjoy the experience, whether making it more or less challenging to suit one's individual goals for that particular day. This class is open to all levels and experience levels, although it is paced to move quickly and designed to offer a challenging mind-body workout. Get ready to sweat and smile in this encouraging & fun environment!
