Customized Nutrition Plan by Email - $150.00

Includes: 

  • Email communication to discuss eating habits, lifestyle, work schedule, fitness level, workout schedule & short term and long-term weight loss goals
  • Review food journal and gather information to customize plan
  • Develop customized nutrition plan
  • Email communication to answer questions regarding the developed plan
  • 1 plan revision, if needed 
  • Email check-ins while on the plan

Customized Nutrition Plan by Phone - $200.00

Includes:

  • 30 minute call to discuss eating habits, lifestyle, work schedule, fitness level, workout schedule & short term and long-term weight loss goals
  • Review food journal and gather information to customize plan
  • Develop customized plan
  • 30 minute call to go over final plan
  • 1 plan revision, if needed
  • 2 - 15 minute follow up calls
  • Email check-ins while on the plan

Customized Nutrition Plan In Person - $250.00

Includes:

  • 30 minute appointment to discuss eating habits, lifestyle, work schedule, fitness level, workout schedule & short term and long-term weight loss goals
  • Review food journal together and gather information to customize plan
  • Develop customized plan
  • 30 minute appointment to go over final plan
  • 1 plan revision, if needed
  • 4- 15 minute check-ins which includes weigh-in, measurements & questions
  • Email check-ins while on the plan

To Get Started on a Customized Nutrition Plan:

Require 5-7-day food journal (more detailed the better), current weight & height and before photo.

Daily Journal Needs to Include:

  • What you ate
  • If you cooked or ate out
  • What time you ate
  • How you felt after eating (full, hungry, tired, energized, stomach hurt, etc)
  • Workouts (what you did, intensity, length and how you felt while working out – strong, tired, hungry, etc)
  • Foods that you strongly crave
  • Foods you know you prefer not to give up

Lean Out Cleanse by Dina Juve - $50.00

This is a pre-designed plan.  This will jump start your weight loss.  Average participants lose 3-8 lbs., although all results vary.  This plan was developed as a “reset” for your body.  Although it is called a cleanse it is not a traditional cleanse.  You are just cleansing the processed foods and artificial sweeteners out of your system.  You will also be decreasing portion sizes and reducing cravings.  Most participants see a noticeable difference in their abs from this program.  I highly recommend transitioning to a healthy eating plan on Day 6, like my Slim Down Program or one of my Customized Nutrition Plans. 

You can get all food items from the grocery store (prefer Whole Foods, Lassens, Trader Joes, famers markets, co-ops, healthy food markets, but not required)

 

Lean Out Cleanse Includes:

Slim Down Program by Dina Juve - $75.00

You will be eating Real and Healthy food.

The Slim Down Program can be followed as long as you feel good and until you reach your weight loss goal.  This plan has more options while still losing weight.  Once you reach your goal, food items will be added in for long-term maintenance. 

 

You can get all food items from the grocery store (prefer Whole Foods, Lassens, Trader Joes, famers markets, co-ops and/or healthy food markets, but not required)

 

Slim Down Program Includes:

  • Daily email check-ins during the Slim Down Program and to determine your maintenance plan.
  • Motivational emails to keep you on track
  • Daily photo review by Dina Juve
  • Food journal review by Dina Juve
  • Modification, if needed, by Dina Juve

Purchase Both Lean Out Cleanse & Slim Down Program - $100.00

 Fast Results Plan – $100.00

You will be eating Real and Healthy food.

The Fast Results Plan can be followed as long as you feel good and until you reach your goal.  This plan has fewer options than the Slim Down Plan but more options than the Lean Out Cleanse.  This plan is slightly higher in protein and less carbohydrates so you see faster results.  Once you reach your goal weight, food items will add in for long-term maintenance. 

 

You can get all food items from the grocery store (prefer Whole Foods, Lassens, Trader Joes, famers markets, co-ops and/or healthy food markets, but not required)

 

The Fast Results Plan Includes:

  • Daily email check-ins during the Fast RESULTS program and to determine your plan

Healthy Eating Guidelines - $25.00

The Healthy Eating Guidelines includes pre-designed information on eating for a healthy lifestyle.  This only includes the guidelines and does not include email or in-person appointments.

Consultation to discuss Fitness & Nutrition goals (phone or in-person) :

30 minutes - $50.00

45 minutes - $65.00

60 minutes - $80.00

 

You will receive Dina Juve’s advice on your current diet and/or exercise program and how to make changes to lose weight or tone up to maximize your time and efforts. 

This does not include a written plan.  You will be responsible

for taking all notes during this call.

Check-ins can include going over your current plan and making small changes for variety or to help push past a plateau.  In person we will weigh-in and/or do measurements.
