1. Customized Kettlebell and/or TRX Training Plans without Private Session

  • $30 for 30 minute workout plan
  • $60 for 60 minute workout plan or two - 30 min workout plans

Plan will be sent over via email

To get started:

  • I need your fitness and weight loss goals , signed waiver, and payment
  • Based on your fitness and weight loss goals I will most likely have questions and we will email back and forth. 

I highly recommend changing up your plan every 2-4 weeks

or when you feel you are hitting a plateau.

2.  Customized Kettlebell and/or TRX Training Plans with Private Session

  • $70.00 for 30 minute workout plan
  • $100.00 for 60 minute workout plan or two 30 minute workout plans

Plans include a private session for exercise demonstration

All my plans are customized based on your fitness and weight loss goals.  My plans are developed based on my 10 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry. 

To get started:

  • I need your fitness and weight loss goals , signed waiver, and payment
  • Based on your fitness and weight loss goals I will most likely have questions and we will email back and forth.
  • Once I finalize your workout plan, we will schedule a private session to review your workout.      

I highly recommend changing up your plan every 2-4 weeks

or when you feel you are hitting a plateau.

3.  Phone Consultation or Email

Messages to help you reach your fitness goals faster.  This is recommended for Customized Kettlebell & TRX plans without Private Sessions to review exercises and maximize results quickly and safely. 

  • $10 (quick response just answering a few questions)
  • $20 (up to 15 minutes to review certain exercises)
  • $40 (up to 30 minutes to review the entire plan)

4.  Revision of  Exercise Plan

To make it more challenging, recommended EVERY 2-4 weeks

  • $20 for 30 minutes
  • $40 for 60 minutes

This cost is not for a new plan, but to make revisions to the current plan and to help challenge your body in case you hit a plateau, are bored, or just want to step it up and push harder.
