This class will focus on the steel mace as a training tool. Like the kettlebell, the uneven weight distribution of the mace makes it a great tool for strength, balance, control, and stability work. We will be using the mace for strength training drills, as well as flow combinations. The mace will bring a new level of focus to your workouts as you learn to control the mace in relation to your body.
